2023 saw ARC celebrate its 15th Anniversary – and with 2024 just around the corner, I’d like to take the opportunity to reflect on the year.
Despite challenging market pressures and inflation, our team has again shown excellent resilience and determination, making great strides towards our goals and ambitions.
Throughout the business, we’ve implemented new systems and procedures, expanded our teams, and strategically invested in our operations to enhance production and improve efficiency.
Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to innovation, this year, we launched our latest cavity fire barrier, ARC TCB Square. Making homes up and down the country safer, TCB Square has been a huge success, winning the Fire & Safety Award at the 2023 Research, Innovation, Sustainability and Enterprise (RISE) awards.
Celebrating 15 years of ARC people, in August, we hosted our first ever ‘ARC Awards’, which saw us recognise the achievements of our colleagues and partners in a night to remember. This year also saw us take on CRASH as our charity partner. Incredibly – we have raised over £1,800 through events across the year – a testament to the generosity and efforts of everyone associated with ARC.
With so much uncertainty surrounding the construction industry, we’re determined to meet any challenges head on. It will not hamper our spirits nor our innovative drive as we continue to focus on delivering problem-solving solutions, addressing common on-site challenges and supporting contractors in meeting rigorous building standards. As always, I am so proud to have such a strong, dedicated, and driven team, committed to taking the business forward, together.
As we approach the festive break, I express my sincere gratitude to our customers and suppliers for their unwavering support throughout 2023—a special thank you to our colleagues whose outstanding contributions have brought many successes this year.
