“When I joined ARC, covering a maternity leave in the customer support team, I never imagined nearly six and a half years later, I’d be ARC’s first product analyst.
As product analyst, I head our Technical Support function and lead on planning, installing and reporting back on the fire testing of our products. We occupy a unique space in the industry, and knowledge is everything. Fundamentally, I love to learn, and I’ve loved getting hands-on with the nitty-gritty of what makes ARC products work. As a woman in construction, I take immense pride in what I do and my progress over the years.
