Our employee of the month for March goes to the eternally busy HR Co-ordinator, Sophie Prytharch.
Sophie is one of, if not the, most important person in this business for most people on a day-to-day basis. She’s always available to give support, and works endlessly to make sure ARC – and the team – runs at full potential.
Despite her heavy workload and, Sophie always has a smile on her face and is only too willing to help out when she can, fielding “Sophie, have you got a minute…” questions many times a day.
