Joining ARC the year the business was set up in 2008, George has been instrumental in shaping ARC to the business that it is today.

Lindsey has transformed the financial systems that underpin the success of ARC and is steering the business towards much greater financial automation. 

Tanya started her HR career in 2002. Tanya is switched on to the vast opportunity of strategic HR, delivering real business value to ARC.

Aaron is committed to driving fire protection standards throughout the built environment. His determination has helped ARC to grow exponentially.

Having started on a consultancy basis in 2022, Yann joined the team full time in 2023. Yann brings a wealth of industry and management experience to ARC.

Having trained in architecture, thermal SAP, retrofit co-ordination and fire protection, Kenny brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his role, and is responsible for looking after our clients in Scotland.

Bridget has worked in the construction industry for over 6 years, with experience centering around insulation, dry lining, interiors, and fire related products. Bridget looks after our clients in the North of England.

Karen has over 20 years’ experience in the sales and marketing of construction products. Karen looks after our clients who are based in the South of England.

With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Simon truly understands the sector and the challenges facing its stakeholders. Looking after clients in London and the South East, his knowledge and hands-on approach have earned him widespread recognition in the region.

Natalie joined our team in 2023 as Customer Support Manager. She has 20 years’ experience in customer support roles in the construction manufacturing sector, and ensures our customer support team offers the best support to our customers.

Demi joined the ARC team in 2022 as a Customer Support Specialist, and she's always on hand to support our customers with their enquiries.

With over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service & Support roles, Sarah joined the ARC team as Customer Support Specialist in 2023.
