As 2022 draws to a close, I’d like to take the opportunity to reflect on the successes of the year.
Despite the challenges of rising inflation and other market pressures, our team has continued to excel, working together to achieve our goals and growth ambitions.
Across the board, new systems and procedures have been implemented, teams have expanded and investments have been made, enhancing our operations and efficiencies.
2022 has proved to be a strong year for the construction industry with elevated levels of new construction and refurbishment projects providing many growth opportunities for us to seize. Raw material availability has also vastly improved enabling production to run more smoothly and lead times to return to normal levels.
That said, whilst the landscape for 2023 is undoubtedly plagued by uncertainty, we are looking forward to embracing the many opportunities that are ahead for our business. We will continue to focus on producing products that meet the highest standards whilst also focusing on ongoing innovation; developing new solutions that solve common building problems and support contractors to meet modern construction standards. We’re also committing to increasing the level of technical help and guidance we provide to our customers, both in person and through digital methods, to ensure that they have the support they need throughout the build process.
As we close to take a festive break, I’d like to end by thanking our customers and suppliers for their continued support during 2022. I’d also like to extend my personal gratitude to each and every member of the ARC team for the outstanding contribution they have made to our business this year.
