Our fire-stopping products have been certificated by IFC, a UKAS accredited third-party accreditation scheme. We’re currently the only UK manufacturer of low-rise cavity barriers to hold internationally recognised third-party certification.
Each product has been meticulously tested to make sure it conformed to BS476 and EN1366 standards in a variety of settings.
Test data has received a full independent review. Regular audits of production and supply chain controls are carried out to provide assurance that the product supplied matches the product tested.
IFC certification provides assurance that ARC’s fire protection products, when correctly installed, will perform as required.
The importance of certification is recognised in Approved Document B of the Building Regulations (ADB). This document makes a clear recommendation for the use of third-party certificated products and systems.
